When we started Progress Punch, most of our work was structured as monthly retainers. Over time, we noticed a pattern: projects stretched across weeks, meetings were squeezed into busy schedules, and business owners still carried the mental weight of unfinished decisions, deadlines, and work waiting for the next meeting.
Progress was happening—but slower than it needed to.

One of the biggest surprises for our clients is realizing how much can be accomplished in a single day. Many business owners initially come to us expecting they'll need a monthly retainer. After experiencing a few VIP Days, they discover they're accomplishing just as much—if not more—because everything happens with intention, focus, and without the delays that often come with ongoing project work.

Because we reserve dedicated time on our calendar exclusively for your business, unused VIP Day hours do not roll over to future sessions.

Both. We offer virtual VIP Days for clients around the world, as well as in-person VIP Days at our Dallas office.
In fact, most of our clients choose to work with us virtually. Throughout the day, we'll connect whenever collaboration or decision-making is needed, while our team continues making progress behind the scenes. That means you can keep running your business without spending seven hours on video calls. We simply jump on Google Meet whenever it's time to review work, answer questions, or make important decisions together.
Every virtual VIP Day follows the same thoughtful process as our in-person experience, including pre-session planning, a customized agenda, focused collaboration, practical execution, and clear communication throughout the day. The experience is designed to feel just as personal, intentional, and high-touch—regardless of where you're located.
For in-person sessions, we welcome clients located in the DFW-area (on a referral basis only). While we occasionally travel for existing clients or special projects, we generally don't conduct VIP Days at client locations.

Because every VIP Day requires dedicated preparation and we reserve an entire day on our calendar exclusively for your business, VIP Day bookings are non-refundable. We do require all payment upfront to secure a spot on our calendar.
For unforeseen circumstances, if you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate your request if made within 24-48 hours. Additional details can be found in your client agreement.

It all begins with a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call.
We'll spend a few minutes learning about your business, what you do, who you serve, where you're hoping to grow, and the challenges you're currently facing. It's also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine whether we're the right fit.
From there, we'll recommend the engagement we believe will create the greatest impact—whether that's a Half-Day VIP Session, Full-Day VIP Session, Consulting Session, or Audit. The final decision is always yours.
Once you've selected your service, we'll reserve your date with a deposit and send over a brief intake questionnaire. Your dedicated Progress Punch team member will also reach out before your session to learn more about your goals, answer any questions, and begin planning your day with you.
By the time your VIP Day arrives, we'll already have a strong understanding of your business, the projects you're hoping to tackle, and the priorities we'll focus on together. That way, when we sit down for your Welcome & Strategy Session, we can jump right in.
